Q: What type of computer do I need to view the webcast? |
||
|
|
You should be able to view the webcast on any computer once you have
downloaded Microsoft's Media Player. For the best results use a computer
that is at least a Pentium I and has a high speed connection to the Internet. |

Q: When Microsoft Media Player opens nothing plays? |
||
|
When Media Player first opens it can take a bit of time (20 - 30 sec.)
before you see anything, as the program prepare to play the webcast. If
the Media Player logo does not appear in the viewer window almost right
away you should check the program settings. |

Q: How do I participate in the webcast? |
||
|
The last part of each webcast will be a question period for our special
guest. If you have a question you would like our expert to answer, you
can e-mail them in during or before each webcast. |
